Genesis Foundation is established in the U.S. as a 501(c)(3) non-profit Private Foundation. All U.S. donations are tax exempt under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines.

{ Colombia }

In Colombia, Genesis Foundation was legally constituted as Fundación Genesis para la Niñez in 2009. All donations made in Colombia are tax exempt under the guidelines of the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN).
