Teachers graduate and obtain certificate in Inclusive Education

Last June, a graduation ceremony took place in the school Juan Jose Nieto of Cartagena to recognize 25 teachers from our program Mejoramiento Institucional- MAGIA.

This group of teachers were trained in theoretical and practical tools to promote quality, inclusion and academic performance to guide the transformation of their practices in the classroom.

This project is a joint effort of Genesis Foundation and Fundación Mamonal to provide vocational training and orientation aimed at strengthening school’s managerial and administrative processes, environment and teaching strategies.Currently, it is is being implement in 2 schools in Cartagena benefiting 3,140 students.
