Methodology:
- TEACHERS TRAINING: An initial diagnosis of the reading and writing skills of teachers is elaborated and then teacher’s previous classroom experiences and knowledge are used to improve their pedagogical methods and strengthen their teaching skills in the classroom through new teaching strategies.
- WORK WITH STUDENTS: Teachers motivate their students to improve their reading and writing skills through innovative activities that require their participation, creativity and spontaneity (such as a personal Diary called Mi Diario Palabrario). These activities improve children’s overall performance as readers and writers.
- WORK WITH PARENTS: The project involves parents by promoting their participation in the learning process of their children by encouraging them to read to their children at home.
