SENSITIZATION: During this phase, the educational institution is invited to learn about other institutions that have gone through the process of improving their own managerial processes. The benefits of the projects are presented to the institution.
DEVELOPMENT OF CONCEPTS: The managerial team is formed by directives, teachers, students and families. Each actor directs activities to implement in the improvement plans.
EVALUATION: a post-project study of the institution is carried out, taking the initial evaluation as a baseline and measuring and comparing indicators of improvement and of areas to improve.
